This year we did not participate directly to the Munich High End. But our products were present. On the stand of STS Digital, Fritz de With used a Fun 13 to present Groove into Bits Vol. 2.
We had our normal events during the whole week and the beginning of the week after. It was good, and the work was not less than exposing in the Munich High End, but not the same.

Next year come to Munich, You will enjoy our performance at the MOC: it will be the best music event, You will have ever seen!!

What to tell about the Norddeutsche HiFi Tage.
It is one of the most appealing consumer HiFi shows in Germany and like in the last 4 years we had our chance to expose there.
This time it was not intended to be minimalistic it was a really huge system and played really good music.
The groove was there, the energy pushed us to the wall and the wish to increase the volume was there, but we had to spare the ears of our visitors.
The visitors came… and forgot to leave the room. At certain moments it was that full that we were not able to move.

We had a Genuin(e) good sound. This was the setup:

Even this year we participated to the analog Audio Forum in Krefeld.
As difference from the usual shows, this time we decided to have a bigger room to play bigger loudspeakers, and we played the Gioia.

Like last year, the room of the organizer used a Gran Gioia for its demonstration and it has been very well accepted.

In our room the setup consistsed of:

- Rui Borges - Uno Turntable
- Einstein Audio Components - The Turntable's choice Phono Preamplifier
- Einstein Audio Components - The Tube Preamplifier
- Einstein Audio Components - The Light in the Dark Stereo Power Amplifier
- Blumenhofer Acoustics - Gioia Loudspeakers
- Cammino HP - complete power supply and cabling including its extraordinary Power Harmonizer

On the first day we had a straight setup, it played, but it was not possible to turn up the volume. The people were already satisfied, but we did not. We knew what was reachable with that setup and we reached maximum 60% of that. Not satisfactory. Not at all for us.
In the night from Saturday to Sunday, after a good dinner in a nearby restaurant, we spent half of the night to start from scratch. What a wonder, on the second day, music was playing, finally music was in the room and cheered our ears. Thanks to Claudio and Marco for the big effort.
Thanks to Hanna as well for taking care about the customers and to Jürgen from HiFi Studio Fuchs for the LPs.

On the 29th and 30ies of Sepember we have participated to the X-Fi audio Show in Veldhoven. What to say?

Our best compliments to Marco of Music2, for the fantastic organization, and the wonderful setup. Take Your time to take a look at the pictures, they present our products in an astonishing good way.

We knew it would have played really good, but it was astonishing, it overwhelmed our expectations. Much much more.
The impression was to listen for a real orchestra, complete with all its elements and power. You can not believe what I mean if You do not hear it Yourself.

Our distributor VälLjuD participated to the Göteborg Ljud & Bild 2012. He was very pleased with the result. Next time I'll be there myself to enjoy the chance of enjoy the music in the north!!

Our distributor Exotic Audio participated to the Hi Fi Messen in Horten. He says that our products have been well accepted in Norway and Denmark. We are looking forward for happy customers!!

We needed more than 3kg of caffe in 3 evenings. We drove more than 3000km, we had more than 30 guests at our company during the show days. Our official catering and host service, the Gasthof zum Adler of the Zott family, was nearly fully booked by us for the entire exposition time. The support has been great. But this is only side program, like side program was the chance that our guest had in enjoying typical bavarian food and good music.

The idea to participate has borne by chance during one of my visit to STS-Digital to evaluate the quality of the Groove into Bits CD and discuss some more points about marketing. And this is the question we had: how can we promote the brands in the most effective ways. Then we crosschecked our resources and decided to go again an unconventional way: we have the Blumenhofer Acoustics CD, why not to sell it at the show?
Some dazzling some phone call after we had the space at the fair and the equipment for displaying and playing the CDs.

The electronic of Pro-Ject has been supplied by ATR, the cabling and the power supply harmonizer by Cammino-HP. We used the stand as static display and as point of contact for the people interested in our products. And the interest was big. Nearly every person took a picture of our Gran Gioia: a great eye catcher!

During the show we had several visit of old friends and new potential distributors.
The visit of Van den Hul himself, the owner of the famous Van den Hul brand, brought some emotion to Mr. Trevisanello, the owner of Cammino. Mr. Van den Hul appreciated the look of our Gran Gioia.
Mr. Heinz Lichtenegger, director of Project, has been pleased by the quality of our CDs and recordings.

For the third year in a row we participate to the Norddeutsche HiFi Tage.
This time has been a different show, I spent a lot of time talking with final customer in our room and it has been really enjoyable.
Volker of Einstein Audio had as usual really great music and was fun.
Fun 13, our new speaker was the star of the room and the people were surprised by the range and musicality that it has been able to express for the 2 days.
It has been driven by:
- The Source, the gorgeous CD Player of Einstein Audio
- The absolute Tune, the integrated Einstein Amplifier
and on the analog side there was
- Roksan Xerses turntable
- The Turntable Choice, phono preamplifier of Einstein Audio

Power Harmonization by Cammino, Italy

After 36 hours of travel Andrea arrived in Las Vegas. This was only the beginning. The CES is the most important international HiFi show on the world. But only for professionals. Journalists, Distributors, Dealers, Manufacturer and all the people working in the electronic industry are allowed to participate to this event at the Venetian in Las Vegas.
Rarely was our room not full and not visited. The contacts have been several and well promising. The cooperation with Grandinote, Astin Trew, Cammino and Acoustics Signature has been fruitful. The results will be fruitful as well.

Parallel to the CES, in the Flamingo Hotel there was T.H.E. Show. An HiFi show in Las Vegas, open to the whole public, not only professional, but private people as well. Tom Hills asked us to use our Loudspeakers to present his new line of power amplifiers. We appreciated his appreciation and borrowed him the big Fun 17 and the Fun 13. He was really astonished by the sonic quality of booth loudspeakers and did not want to believe the quantity of bass that the small Fun 13 has been able to deliver. I'm sorry I did not spend that much time at T.H.E. Show. It would have been worth it!!

Marco has been invited to participate to the Castle Show in Antwerpen, in Belgium. He said that there has been a lot of snow that limited the number of the visitors. Anyhow, in the fantastic location he has been able to present his products.

Marco of Music2.nl presented our Gran Gioia at the Milionaire Show in Amsterdam. The rest of the chain has been composed by a Loit CD Player, a Kanzy Power Amplifier and Cammino Cables. It has been a lot of work (for Marco) but it was worth it.

We have been present at the Westdeutsche HiFi Tage in Bonn.

Jürgen Fuchs of HiFi Studio Fuchs presented our Loudspeakers.
The show has been a real success of public with over 2000 people visiting the show.
In my humble opinion, this is what music needs to find back its place in the houses of the people: the place it deservs.

I asked Jürgen a statement about the event. These are his words:

am Samstag haben Grandinote Shinai und Celio die Fun 17 auf Touren gebracht.
Sonntag haben eine Trigon Phonovorstufe und ein Mastersound 300B / PSE die Musik übernommen.
An beiden Tagen spielte ein Rui Borges UNO Plattenspieler mit Reed 2A Tonarm und Phase Tech 3G Tonabnehmersystem. Die Verkabelung stammte von dolphin audio.
Die Veranstaltung wurde von ca. 3000 interessierten Musikliebhabern besucht. Das Interesse verteilte sich gleichmäßig auf Plattenspieler, Elektronik und Lautsprecher.
Insgesamt wurde jedoch immer wieder die Homogenität der angeschlossenen Musikgeräte hervorgehoben.
Resultat: One of the best sounds of the show!!!

On both days the Rui Borges UNO turntable with REED 2A Tonearm and Phase Tech 3G cartridge. Cables from Dolphin Audio.
About 3000 people have been present at the show and the interest has been distributed between turntable, electronic and loudspeakers.
Always has been appreciated the homogeneity of the whole chain. This lead to the common statement of the public 'Best sound of the show'!!!
Again, the same opinion and feedback coming from the analog audio forum in Krefeld 3 weeks ago.

STS-Digital has been present at the show, and as I asked Fritz his impressions, he gave me his enthusiastic statement:
We flabbergasted every visitor of the AV-NU show with a sound that, we think, they never heard before: it was music. They never experienced reproduced music in a way that Blumenhofer presented at the show.

Lots of interests and lot of pictures have been taken... the biggest surprise of the public was that that "small" speaker (Genuin FS 3) has been able to have such a big volume impact and quality.

This year our participation to the Analog Audio Forum has been really relaxing. The hard part was before and after: there were 4 rooms playing Blumenhofer Acoustics:
- Room 'Ausdauer' - the organizer's room used a Gran Gioia for its presentation and seminars. The final amplification was a Grandinote Prestigio and the cabling was as well made in Italy by Cammino
- Room 'Königsregel' - was Einstein Audio and Blumenhofer official Room, played a big Fun 17
- Room 119 - was Peter Steinfad's Room. The setup of the frankfurter hörgesellschaft was based on Musica from Japan and Crayon Audio from Austria, played a big Fun 17
- Room 122 - was Jürgen Fuchs from HiFi Studio Fuchs the setup was based on Mastersound, Rui Borges Turntable, Grandinote Phono Preamplifier, played a big Fun 17

I'm really satisfied with the result our rooms achieved during the show.
I have to say a great thank You to the whole organization team and the really kind people working for the Music in its original form.

At the end of the Show, Eric from Essen won a Pair of Blumenhofer Acoustics Satellite PC Loudspeakers and Marion from Oberhausen one set of DynAris by Aktyna.

We had the chance to participate to the Taipei HiFi Show. For that occasion we used our Genuin FS 2, with a LOIT Passeri CD Player.
Several people told us, our has been the best sound of the Show

We all know that the Munich High End is the most important european HiFi exposition.
We have been present in area A03-B04. A show without playing music but lot of time to talk with lot of people.
At the show we presented:
- the complete cabling by Cammino HP and his Power Harmonizer
- the complete line of Grandinote Power Amplifiers
- the Loit Passeri CD Player
- our nearly complete product range including the new introduced products. The Wiki was only present as development prototype

As usual, during the evenings, after show, we continued our show with special guests in Walkertshofen. Instead of going to dinner somewhere we spent time listening for music in our company.
I can tell you. They have been long days, but really fruitful.

VälLjud, the Swedish distributor for Blumenhofer Acoustics, was at the Swedish show Sweetspot 2001 showing the Blumenhofer FS3 and furthermore a dealer showing the Blumenhofer FS1.
 
VälLjud was playing on a system consisting of Kondo Ongaku, Kondo M7 Phono and Kondo SFZ Stepup and a Oracle Delphi turntable, there was also an EAR Acute cd player for the digital playback. All cables was also Kondo, and a Shunyata netfilter.
 
The show was a big success with a lot of compliments on the exquisite sound coming from the Blumenhofer speakers.

I’ll not write too much, I only forward you the words of Marco De Wilde, our distributor for the Netherlands.

First of all, the show. We were asked (on a very short notice) to help out the manufacturer of Kanzy for this show with the best loudspeakers and source that we could think of, well, you know what we used.

A quick explanation about the set-up:
• Kanzy Kaam-1000 integrated amp (€59.800,=),
• Loit Passeri cd-player (€25.000,=),
• Heavens Gate cabling (€12.500,=).
• Blumenhofer Acoustics Genuin FS 1

All together very expensive, but also very, very good! Mostly heard commentary: Absolute best sound of the show! And this while others used much more expensive setup!

This show was organized by one of the leading dealers in the Netherlands (called Studio Alkmaar) and took place on the 19th and 20th of February at the AZ footbalstadium in Alkmaar. As I already mentioned, 9 out of 10 visitors told us we had the absolute best sound of the show, in the next copy of Music and Emotion magazine we will get the official Award for this!

Even this year it came to us. More a surprise than planned played our Fun 17 in Padova at the Gran Galà dell’alta Fedeltà. Organized by Giulio Cesare Ricci (www.fone.it) becomes the Gran Gala a permanent place in the Italian cultural live.

The Fun 17 has been presented by Da Pieve HiFi and Arem HiFi of the Homevision group. The presentation met the taste of the public and the response have been positive.

Also this year Stelios presented our speakers at the Athens HiEnd Audio Video Show...
...we could not participate personally

It was a long weekend: on the first day we made the setup until 2:00 in the morning and this after a long trip.
The people and their warmth payed us off: our presentations, each with its own personality, convinced.

- Room Erfolg: Jürgen Fuchs and Uwe Trabert presented a setup consisting of MastersounD preamplifier and 300B mono blocks connected to a big Fun 20. Their source was the turntable of Roi Borges from Portugal.
- Room Begeisterung: Volker Bohlmeier has been able to create a special atmosphere and his blues and his warm music let the people stay in the room for longer than usual.
- Conference room of the AAA (Analog Audio Association): unexpected. On Friday, short before the beginning of the show, the setup was not yet decided... good chance I had a Fun 17 with me, the people of the AAA decided to use it. In the conference room have been lectured lot of information and examples about music, recording and sound. The room was usually really quite full!

Thanks a lot to the whole organising team and to Rainer Bergmann for the perfect event.

Blumenhofer’s Fun 17 and Genuin FS 3 played with Leben amps and Accuphase cd-players

This took place on the 1st and 2nd of october 2010 at the Edisonstraat 12, 3261LD  Oud-Beijerland the Netherlands.
                        
It was a mixture show between 10 distributors showing their gear in crossed configurations and great cooperation. The Blumenhofers act great with Leben this was his first choise of the organiser. Since he also is a dealer of Verity loudspeakers and my Octave amps are the only tube amps with enough power for this speakers Marco, our distributor for the Netherlands, agreed with him.

It was not a concert, but there were 2 concerts. Tom enjoyed both of them, I only one.
It was our first experience with the new distributor and I can only count it positive, no doubt. It is amazing how two people in the same business might have that different way of doing and different stiles in their work.

The biggest surprise for me was seeing that lot of people already knew our brand, more than I expected: the work of the last years is paying off :-)

And then really really a lot of very charming meetings with new and old friends congratulating for the sound in our room: no surprise, we were playing with MastersounD 845 Compact and T+A CD Player on Nordost cables, only the best. On our side, we brought a Genuin FS 3, which played, the Fun 17 and the Genuin FS 4.2 have only been shown statically. In the showroom there was a Satellite Mini as well, lot of people asked us if we plan to produce it again... who knows.

Tony Hu and Mr. Yang presented our speakers in China in Guangzhou: I think it was a pity not to be personally there, maybe next year.

This has been one of the most important event in the last months and everything went well. The only flaw has been the wine: it didn’t match our taste. Next time will be perfect as well and you will enjoy it.

We enjoyed the visit of lot of people and received really positive feedback on our 2 rooms.

Dimitri, Max und Gigi supported us in Room 374 with the Grandinote power amplifier and the Labtek Tube-SACD player.
We have been presenting with Einstein Audio Components in room Versailles.

Even this year our Tony Hu participated to the Shanghai High End, he ensured me that there has been lot of public and lot of interest for our products.

Hamburg, a wonderful town. The people of Hamburg, very warm and enthusiastic. On the 16th floor of the Holiday Inn our Genuin FS 3 played together with Einstein Audio, using their CD player, their preamplifier and their stereo power amplifier. It was great, lot of people came to our booth and stayed there for hours enjoying our music. Lot of people stated ours was the best sound of the show. A lot of thanks to Mr. Borchert and his family for the fantastic organization... we will be back next year.

We played for the first time the Genuin FS 4.2. They matched perfectly the NuForce CD player and amplification and the people of Padova and surroundings enjoyed a lot the event. The most beautiful thing is that there were not only audiophiles but lot of music lovers as well, a lot more than expected. Thank you all for the very positive feedback! It is always nice and fruitful to pay a visit to our friends in far east and like last year we had an appointment to the Guangzhou exhibition. The show has been very big with lot of show rooms and plenty of goods. I think that more than 5 floor of the hotel were full of people loving HiFi.
I have to tell you what happened:
Mr. Miura San, Managing Director of Air Tight Japan, came to our boot and was so pleased by the sound of our speakers in our room that he asked to test them on his system in his room. We brought them to Air Tight's room and connected them to the ATM-2001S driven by the ATE-2001. He enjoyed and we did as well. It was only a pity that the room had a terrible acoustics for the basses...
The second amazing event was when During a walk trough the exposition, I've heard the italian song "Bella Ciao" performed by an enchanting female voice playing in a corner on a 250W Mark Levinson power amplifier.

Sometimes business trips are not only business trips. Athens was one of those.
In Room 336, Stelios presented the winning Fun 17 paired to a DPS from Willy Bauer, ZYX cartridge and pre phono stage, Mactone power amplifier. Gorgeous sound, nice people and enjoyable food: this was Greece for us.

We played the big Fun 20, the Fun 17 and the Mini on the floors of the Marriott rive gauche. It has been a nice experience and a great sound.

After the show I had the chance to visit some parts of Paris: it was cold.

Our Satellite Mini played on Max's Amplifier (Grandinote) in a fantastic way: the participants stated in lots of forums that it was the best playing room of the show. Thanks to Dimitri and Max.

This year the Top Audio has been a real success, we had a lot of time to look around :-)

Our first international exposition together with Peter Schmitz and Leben. The people appriciated our booth and even more our sound... we learnt a lot: next time we will make better, I promis you ;-)

The first show with Dimitri of MadForMusic as first dealer for Blumenhofer in Italy.
At this show we presented the Fun 17: it has been a really amazing experience, we received a really good welcome from all of them, and we enjoyed it.
The Heineken beer has been a fable ;-)
and the sound far far better than we expected!!

Here we presented for the first time our dual mono 2A3 power amplifier (pictures above), and our Genuin FS 3 played fantastic with him. Maybe, in tte future, we will put our power amplifier on the market, but for the time being is our pearl and will play only for us.

First experience in France. Pretty amusing and cold cold weather. The only problem: we did not get to become a good caffe.

This was our first international exposition: we had a lot to learn and we enjoyed the whole exposition

My first experience in China, the best things? The, food and foot massage.
We supported the responsible of our show room in Shangai to present our speakers at the Shangai audio show and then we spent some time in Shangai with him to complete the set up of the show room.
Every evening after work, some time to relax and to speak.

A big thank you to the whole Hi Fi Club in Athens: Athens is always worth a visit...
we do not speak Greek, but anyhow we have enjoyed lot of Greek food and greek drinks.
During the show we met as well some old friends of Thomas: Willybald Bauer the creator of the DPS.
I spent a lot of time with Panayotis Gioulos of Aktyna.
